This Privacy Policy describes how Pocket Color Rush (“the App”), developed by Hong Junhao / ITZZW Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Pocket Color Rush is a casual offline billiards game. Core gameplay does not require an account and does not ask you to enter your name, address, or payment card details inside the App.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your device settings and platform services, the App may process:

• Local gameplay data stored on your device, such as unlocked levels, scores, star ratings, tutorial status, and sound or haptics preferences.
• Device and diagnostics data that may be provided by Apple or advertising / analytics SDKs integrated in the product build (for example, device type, OS version, crash information, and advertising identifiers where permitted).
• Advertising-related data if ads are shown, which may include an advertising identifier (IDFA) after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission on supported iOS versions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, precise health data, or precise continuous location for gameplay.

3. How Information Is Used

• To save progress and preferences on your device.
• To operate, maintain, and improve game stability and performance.
• To display advertisements and measure ad performance where applicable.
• To respond to support requests when you contact us by email or phone.

4. Data Storage

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device using on-device storage (for example, NSUserDefaults). Uninstalling the App or clearing App data may erase local progress.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may include third-party SDKs for advertising, attribution, or analytics. These providers may process device identifiers and usage events under their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking through iOS system settings and App Tracking Transparency prompts where available.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general-audience casual game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating user profiles.
